What you enjoy about the recruiting industry? I can’t draw a straight line, solve complex math problems or write a good storyline to save my life; however, I provide a valuable service to the digital entertainment industry. In recruiting I witness firsthand amazing stories of passion, grit, and sometimes disappointment. I am inspired by persistence and often triumph of developers putting 110% of their heart into making games and consumer products.
Most Memorable Placement My first placement. It was a long and hard road for my candidate and me. He made it to E3 that year and we celebrated at Gordon Biersch.
