Bio Justin joined the DAM Team in January of 2004 and has served proudly as the company’s Swiss Army Knife. Bio Alex joined the DAM team in May 2018, and though she is new to the gaming industry she brings extensive IT industry recruiting experience and more than 10 years of sales, account management, and communications experience to the team. Her favorite thing about being in talent acquisition is the fact that she is bringing about positive change in people’s lives – whether it’s getting a candidate an increase in pay, finding someone a job with their dream company, or allowing them to live closer to family – her specialty is finding her candidates a career, not a job. Alex is also able to leverage her background in writing and communications to help candidates rebrand in order to take the next great step. Bio Before joining the DAM Team in August of 2021, Joe graduated from A&M with a degree in Recreation, worked as a project manager for 2 years at two different game studios, and then went back to school to obtain his Master’s in Hospitality. As a grad student, Joe worked in the career development office for the University of Houston which helped to connect students to employers and create career development workshops and career fairs for students, as well. He’s also previously spent 4 years working at a summer camp, spent a semester as a slide operator at Disney World, and has also hosted a small podcast where he and his friends discussed all their nerdy interests with each other.
