Bio Justin joined the DAM Team in January of 2004 and has served proudly as the company’s Swiss Army Knife. He has been involved in every facet of DAM’s core business including recruiting talent, acquiring and managing accounts, launching new divisions, developing new business verticals, training the recruiting corps and helping to define DAM’s overall sales and business strategy. Chris was named DAM’s ‘Top Producer’ in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and attributes his success to the deep level of commitment he provides clients and candidates alike. As a trusted advisor to his partners, he consults on a host of topics ranging from product development approaches, company growth strategies, full-time and contract recruiting services, and individual career guidance.
